Formules

Cédric Poncet began his career in the 1990’s at several restaurants in Seine-et-Marne. At the end of the 1990’s he launched his Parisian career, which included seven years at L’Appart where he developed a concept for Sunday afternoons, creating an attraction for children and brunch for their parents.  Since 2007 he has presided over Le Petit Poucet with the support of Gilles Cendres, creating modern cuisine using fresh market ingredients.
